"Lift Off" Celebration for Our New Chairlift

Our thanks to The Berkshire Bank for sponsoring this event.

Our thanks to The Berkshire Bank for sponsoring this event.

The winding staircase at the Becket Arts Center leads up to our 2nd floor gallery where many BAC programs are held.  But if you have a disability, that staircase can pose a big problem.  So BAC has installed a mechanized chairlift that will take anyone who can’t make the stairs up to the 2nd floor.  This year, the chair lift has become a reality!

Join us to celebrate!
Please RSVP! Call 413-623-6635!

Who Helped to Fund the New Chairlift?

The Town of Becket, its officials and commissions.  - The Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation through the Barbara and Gunther Stuhlmann Fund, the Central Berkshire Fund, and Anne Leonhardt and the Leonhardt Family. – MassDevelopment and the Cultural Facilities Fund of the Massachusetts Cultural Council .- And a host of generous Berkshires citizens!  THANK YOU!
