Holidays and anniversaries ask much of a grieving heart. In this workshop, draw on poetry as a stepping stone, a language, giving a place to land in honoring grief as you gently open to life being lived in new ways after loss. This workshop will include a time of centering, a check in, reading poetry, reflecting and writing and sharing your insights, learnings, vulnerabilities. Everything offered is optional.
