Learn the basics of classic fine-art presentation as well as contemporary trends in framing artwork. This workshop will cover the essentials of using archival materials while exploring alternatives to the high cost of custom framing.

Bring a few small prints/photographs or other type of work on paper to put together your own finished, 14”x 11” piece in an archival mat, clip frame and glass. Image size should be 4”x 6” Landscape orientation or 6”x 4” Portrait orientation not including border printed on 8.5” x 11” paper.

Leave this class with a finished piece, ready to display.

The workshop will wrap up with a creative brainstorming session to explore a few bargain boxes of frames and assorted materials and their possibilities for creating unique, framed pieces.
